The Relationship Resilience Workshop

14 Days Online Program

Rs 2500/- only for India

We’re going to start by asking you to think about how you’re feeling about life and what emotional resilience means for you.

We will then ask you to try a few simple actions out over the course of a week. They are all things that recent scientific research suggests can have a positive impact on people’s feelings of happiness and fulfilment.

We want to hear how you get on with the actions as part of your normal daily routine. We’re interested in how you choose to do them, whether you find them enjoyable or difficult and how you feel about it all at the end.

Can we affect or control our emotions?

Each of us is unique and how emotions affect us, depends on lots of different factors including our genes, our circumstances and our approach to life.

We often think that for our emotions and happiness our circumstances – where we live, what we have, what we earn and so on – have a big effect on how happy we are. However, these things tend to have much less impact than most people expect.

Instead, research suggests that a big part of how we control our emotions and happiness is determined by our attitude, beliefs and choices, rather than our circumstances.

So we have an opportunity to make ourselves and others happier by the way we approach our lives and the actions we choose to take.

We congratulate you for taking a positive step towards understanding and controlling your emotional journey for your relationship resilience with yourself and with your loved ones.

About this workshop
This is not just another workshop but a transformation journey for your future.

  • Why you?
  • The Basic and Beyond

Deal with Emotions
Recognise and understand your own emotions, and explains why they are sometimes so strong. It offers some practical ideas about how you can manage your own emotions so that you can use and harness them, but are not governed entirely by them.

Procrastination
The payoff of that excuse is pretty obvious: the person doesn't have to be congruent, walk the talk, invest the time, trouble, and energy to change, be held accountable, and get to be really special. "Maybe I'm just more intelligent, quick, sharp, etc. I see what you're trying to do to me when I play the subject." Yeah!

Happiness
Define your happiness!

5 Satir Categories for Understanding Communication Styles
“When things are steep, remember to stay level-headed.” – Horace Virginia Satir was a highly effective family therapist. Satir achieved rapid results by using five communication categories to identify behavior. Because of Virginia Satir’s extreme effectiveness with resolving communication conflict, Richard Bandler and John Grinder modeled Virginia Satir when they created Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to rapidly improve communication effectiveness.

Face Your Fear
Fear is an emotion which conforms us that we're in danger. Some Fears are healthy while others stop our progress in all the areas of our life and slowly puts us in the era of anxiety and many times in depression as well. As you know now that when a child is born, they have only two types of fears one is of loud noises and other is of falling. Rest all the fears we develop as we grow up. The base of all the fears is our EGO i.e. our false Self which is a disconnection of our own self and our spiritual energy.
